Man Found Dead in Pond at Bokakhat Village

Bokakhat: The body of a 45-year-old man was found floating in a pond at Borveta Village under Bokakhat subdivision on Saturday. The deceased was identified as Arun Munda, a resident of the same village.

According to reports, Munda had been missing for two days after leaving for the nearby Dalamara area. Bokakhat Police, along with the subdivisional magistrate, recovered the body and sent it to Golaghat for post-mortem examination. Further investigation is underway.
