NFR Opens ‘The Terminal’ at Guwahati Railway Station

Guwahati: Northeast Frontier Railway inaugurated ‘The Terminal’, a dining, shopping and recreation facility at Guwahati Railway Station, on October 23. NFR General Manager Chetan Kumar Shrivastava opened the facility in the old Passenger Reservation System building area in Panbazar.

Spread over 27,381 square feet, it features quick-service restaurants, a flea market offering local handicrafts and souvenirs, and an indoor children’s play area. The facility aims to improve passenger amenities while providing regional artisans with a wider market.
