Assam Court Sentences Man to 30 Years in Jail Under POCSO Act for Sexual Assault on Minor

In a significant judgment, the Court of Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, POCSO, in Assam’s Jorhat district has convicted Biki Gupta under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
