Domestic help girl declared dead at Guwahati

A private hospital declared a girl working in an apartment, Royal Heritage, at Barbari in the city brought dead. According to the DCP East, the girl went to the bed along with another girl working in the family last night. In the morning the girl did not get up, and that led the family members to take the girl to a private hospital that declared her brought dead, the DCP said.

The DCP further said, “The girl was 17-year old. The post-mortem report is awaited. The girl had been working in the family for more than two years. We are investigating the case. The forensic team is investigating the case.”
