Congress leader Gaurav Gogoi submitted his nomination papers for the Jorhat Lok Sabha constituency in Assam, emphasizing that his candidacy signifies a unified struggle for the people of Assam rather than individual ambition. He highlighted the representation of various marginalized groups such as ASHA workers, Anganwadi workers, tea laborers, and unemployed youths.
