Guwahati Jal Board extends the duration of the city’s water supply outage

The Guwahati Jal Board has announced that the water supply interruption for the larger Hatigarh locality has been extended. This announcement comes after the authorities announced a service halt for repairs.

Guwahati Jal Board announced on social media site X “We would like to inform our esteemed consumers that water supply will be interrupted on 26.10.23 in DMA6G4 having areas namely Bhaskar Nagar, Hatigarh Chariali, Sarbudoy Nagar etc. due to urgent repairing work at Hatigarh Chariali. We regret the inconvenience. Regards GMDW&SB”
