SC Dismisses Plea by Accused in APSC Cash-for-Job Scam

The Supreme Court on Thursday dismissed a plea by 13 accused in the APSC cash-for-job scam challenging a Gauhati High Court order that upheld the 14th chargesheet filed by the SIT. The accused, linked to illegal mark enhancements, were named in a tabulation sheet seized from ex-APSC chairman Rakesh Paul.
