Security Forces Dismantle Illegal Checkposts on NH-2 in Manipur

Security forces removed two illegal checkposts on NH-2 in Manipur’s Churachandpur district to restore free movement and law and order. The posts, occupied since the ethnic clashes between the Kuki and Meitei communities in May 2023, were dismantled without arrests or weapon seizures.
