Suspected Heroin Seized by Special Task Force; One Held

On Wednesday night, the Special Task Force (STF) found suspected heroin and detained one suspect. Reliable sources claim that the STF, operating under the authority of Basistha Police Station, carried out a raid close to Koinadhora Traffic Point. Three soap boxes that were searched turned out to contain 31 grammes of suspected heroin. Further, the team managed to capture one suspect, Monowar Ali (age 32) from Khanapara. The team also found two cell phones, Rs. 21,000 in cash, and one Activa scooter with registration AS 01 EE 6638.
