The Assam Rifles recovered a huge cache of Myanmar-bound tactical and war-like stores near Niawthlang village in Siaha district of Mizoram bordering Myanmar on Wednesday and arrested four persons in this connection.
A satellite phone, five bulletproof jackets, handcuffs, five mobile phones, eight SIM cards, more than 100 .22 rifle bullets, 9,000 airgun pellets, 2,79,700 kyat (Myanmar currency), Singapore currency (2 dollars), 50 antennas, three digital transceivers and numerous other items were recovered.
