Three Detained for Beating Cotton College Student in Guwahati
Three people were detained by Dispur Police for assaulting a Cotton College student in Guwahati. The incident occurred when the student’s Scooty accidentally touched a shopkeeper, who then began beating him. Others joined in, injuring the student. An FIR has been filed, and an investigation is underway.
