Tripura GSDP Nears ₹90,000 Crore, Per Capita Income Rises

Agartala: Tripura’s economy has recorded strong growth, with the state’s Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP) expected to reach ₹89,682 crore in 2024–25, up from ₹70,633 crore in 2022–23. Per capita income also increased from ₹1.54 lakh to ₹1.93 lakh during the same period.

The figures were released during the state’s Statistics Day celebration, where officials also announced that preliminary preparations for Census 2027 will begin in August and launched a new SDG Monitoring Web Portal.
