1.150 kg Heroin seized from passenger bus in Manipur, two arrested

Different teams of commandos of Bishnupur district on Saturday confiscated 1.1 kg of heroin, hidden in 87 soap boxes, from a passenger bus in the district. The driver and handyman have been arrested in this connection.

The commando teams, led by an additional superintendent of police, intercepted the bus, travelling from Churachandpur district towards Imphal, in the Leimaram Lamkhai area.
