2 more arrested linked with AQIS/ABT in Barpeta district

Amitava Sinha, SP Barpeta said 2 more persons were arrested linked with AQIS/ABT in Barpeta district, Assam. Police also conducted an eviction drive in a Madrasa in Barpeta as it was illegally constructed on government land & also has a link with the two arrested accused.

The arrested accused have been identified as Akbar Ali and Abul Kalam Azad by the police.
