Golaghat Commerce College Holds Mental Health Awareness Session for School Students

Golaghat Commerce College organised a mental health awareness programme at Shri Satya Sai Vidya Vihar School for students of Classes IX to XII. Coordinators Dr. Angkita Borpatra Gohain and Dikshita Baruah discussed stress, anxiety, depression, and the importance of seeking help. Around 150 students participated in the interactive session, which included Q&A and feedback. School authorities appreciated the initiative.
