Four Injured in Road Accident at Assam–Meghalaya Border

Mankachar, Assam: Four people, including a 10-year-old schoolgirl, were injured after a speeding motorcycle hit a woman and her daughter at Tetultala in Hatshingimari along the Assam–Meghalaya border on Friday. The motorcycle later overturned, injuring the rider and pillion rider. All four were rescued by locals and admitted to Hatshingimari District Hospital, where they are undergoing treatment.
