Another accident has been reported at Guwahati’s Nilachal flyover

According to sources, a DI pick-up van with the registration number ML10 C 5644 was travelling from Maligaon to Bharalamukh via the Nilachal flyover. The vehicle lost control and collided with an AS01 HC 3592 Swift car, causing damage to the vehicle.

There have been no reported injuries. The pickup truck’s driver fled the scene. Jalukbari Traffic Police arrived on the scene. It should be noted that a similar accident occurred on Saturday, in which at least one person died on the scene and several others were injured after a speeding truck collided with four motorcycles and a bus atop the flyover.
