Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma leads a cleanliness drive

On Sunday, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma held a special ‘Shramdaan for Swachhata’ programme. This project was part of the larger ‘Ek Taarikh-Ek Ghanta’ campaign, which aimed to promote a cleaner and healthier environment.

On Sunday, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma cleaned a section of a road leading to Gandhi Mandap near Ulubari Chariali as part of a nationwide cleanliness drive. Ashok Singhal, Minister of Housing, Urban Affairs, and Irrigation, accompanied the Chief Minister.
