Guwahati: FICN with a face value of Rs 55,000 was seized, and two arrested

A team from Azara Police Station in West Guwahati Police District (WGPD) seized fake Indian currency notes (FICN) with a face value of Rs 55,000, all in 500 denominations.

According to sources, the team raided the home of Priyanka Das of Jalukbari near the airport based on information. The team also seized one FICN minting machine. Priyanka and one of her accomplices, Debojit Deori of Silapathar, were apprehended by the team.
