Guwahati is still under water as a result of an artificial flood

Various parts of the city are still under water as a result of the constant rain. There are several places that remain under water, but the recent rainfall has severely flooded certain areas, including Hatigaon’s Natun Path, Pub Sarumotoria, and others.

One of the residents stated to the media, “Guwahati’s flash flood is nothing new. A little rain causes havoc in the lives of the people who live in our areas, or in several other low-lying areas. But the main point is that if this happens, the mayor has promised to solve it within 24 to 48 hours, but all in vain. He should stop making false claims to us.”
