In Guwahati, a woman was sexually assaulted by an Uber driver

In Guwahati, a woman was allegedly sexually assaulted while riding in an Uber. The victim was identified as an Arunachal Pradesh resident. According to sources, the incident occurred near the Indian Oil petrol pump while the woman was travelling from Ganeshguri to Christian Basti in an Uber. In the car, the cab driver allegedly sexually assaulted and molested her.

Following the incident, the victim filed a complaint with the Dispur Police Station, and the police were able to apprehend the accused from Zoo Road. The accused’s name is Moslem Ali, and he lives in Nagarberra.
