Manipur to review gun licence policy

A day after a Manipur unit BJP leader was shot dead in Thoubal district, chief minister N Biren Singh on Wednesday said his government will review the issuance of gun licence to applicants.

The government will inquire whether the gun licences that have already been issued fulfil the standing criteria, Biren told media persons.
