One arrested and rescued 17 cattle by East Guwahati Police
A team from the East Guwahati Police District (EGPD) from Sonapur Police Station rescued 17 cattle on their way into Meghalaya. In this regard, the team stopped one truck with the registration AS 01 LC 2194 at Nazirakhat Tollgate. Md. Rofiquel Islam (40), of Samuguri, was apprehended by the team.
