Mild Earthquake Strikes Assam’s Dima Hasao District

A mild earthquake of magnitude 3.8 on the Richter scale struck Assam’s Dima Hasao district on Saturday night, around 11:05 p.m. The tremor was felt in the district and nearby areas. No immediate reports of casualties or property damage have been received. The earthquake occurred at a depth of 10 km, according to the National Centre for Seismology.
