NFR GM Reviews Electrification, NJP Redevelopment Works

Northeast Frontier Railway General Manager Chetan Kumar Shrivastava inspected ongoing electrification works in the Araria–Galgalia section and reviewed redevelopment projects at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station on Thursday.

During the visit, he assessed track conditions, signalling systems and passenger amenities, and stressed timely completion of projects with proper safety and quality standards. He also inaugurated a Boot Laundry facility at Rautara and took part in a plantation drive.
