Assam Police Offers Rs 5 Lakh Reward for Information on Independence Day Bomb Threat

Following a bomb threat by ULFA-I on Independence Day, Assam Police has announced a Rs 5 lakh reward for credible information. A dedicated phone line and social media channels are available for tips, with informants’ identities kept confidential. A Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been formed to investigate, and the Director General of Police, GP Singh, assured that those responsible will be brought to justice.
