Poetry and Mental Health Take Center Stage at Monniramoy Event in Guwahati
Guwahati, December 2, 2024: The much-anticipated event, “The Poet’s Mind, The Poet’s Moment”, organized by Monniramoy Community Mental Health Care Foundation and Bedakantha Books & Publications, was successfully held at NEDFi House, Ganeshguri, Guwahati. This unique initiative brought together poetry enthusiasts, mental health experts, and literature lovers to explore the intersection of creativity and mental well-being.
The event highlighted the resilience of mental health through the lens of poetry, offering a refreshing perspective on how creativity can foster emotional strength. A significant part of the event was the launch of a new book, celebrating the efforts of poets and their contribution to mental health awareness.
