Student from Meghalaya found dead in Rajasthan

A girl from Shillong was found dead in Jaipur under unexplained circumstances on Thursday. An investigation has been started to find the causes of this incident.

According to Meghalaya police, Rubi Binong, the father of the victim received a call on April 27 afternoon from the authorities of Mody designer college, Jaipur, Rajasthan where his daughter Walinda Binong studied.

The authorities also told the father that his daughter committed suicide in her room at the college hostel.

Police said the case will depend on the post mortem report.
