The Assam Police Department has abolished religious event permit fees

According to a press release issued by the Assam Police, the decision has been made to eliminate the fees charged for granting permission for religious events.

Following a review, it was determined that the fees for the NOC for Religious Event-related Permits would be eliminated, and the service would be provided to the applicant at no cost. The release also stated that necessary changes had been made to the SevaSetu Portal.
