Gauhati High Court prohibits Gaurav Gogoi from making statements on the subsidy issue

The Court of Civil Judge No. 1, Kamrup (M), Guwahati, granted an ad-interim temporary injunction against MP Gaurav Gogoi today, restraining him from making any statement, uploading, circulating, and disseminating any news in furtherance of the statements he made against Pride East Entertainments Private Ltd. on the issue of’receiving Rs 10 crore’ grants-in-aid or subsidies from the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, the Government of India.
