In Guwahati, the public wants manual traffic police to control accidents

The Integrated Traffic Management System (ITMS) has been installed in various parts of the city to ensure that the traffic system and passing vehicles run smoothly. However, this has created a problem when the ITMS is not functional or is not in use.

Residents are urging the ITMS to be investigated because it does not appear to be operational. Commuters were frustrated after being stuck in traffic for more than an hour.
