Meghalaya will open three new medical Colleges

Three medical colleges will be built in Meghalaya’s Shillong, Tura, and Ri Bhoi districts to improve access to healthcare and medical education.

Ampareen Lyngdoh, a cabinet minister and spokesperson for the government, announced that the construction of medical colleges in the Ri Bhoi district, Tura, and Shillong will soon begin.
