Near the border road in SGH Meghalaya, wild elephant kills BSF personnel

One Border Security Force (BSF) personnel lost his life after he was attacked by a wild elephant in Meghalaya’s South Garo Hills Districts.

The tragic incident took place on Wednesday at around 12:30 pm when two BSF personnel were heading to Nilwagre BOP from Domdomma BOP for official work on a motor cycle and when they reached the border road in between Rasnagre and Nilwagre they were attacked by a herd of elephant’s.
