Jairam Ramesh releases Congress manifesto for Meghalaya polls

Jairam Ramesh today released party’s manifesto for Meghalaya Assemble election scheduled for February 27 next.

The Congress has promised a ‘Five Star Meghalaya” through ‘Five Commitments’ if voted to power in the hill state.

Releasing the manifesto, Jairam Ramesh said that cultural and independent identity of Meghalaya was under threat from BJP. Terming the MDA partners as puppets, he also slammed TMC saying it’s not TMC but JMC (Judas Mukul Congress) party.
